Gdb99 Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before Use

1. Introduction

If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. gdb99 uses advanced technology to detect duplicate accounts, including IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, and payment information.

3.2 Accurate Information at Registration

You are required to provide accurate and complete information at registration. It is your responsibility to keep your name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details up to date at all times. 3.3 Password Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Before processing a withdrawal request, gdb99 verifies that the wagering requirements for any associated bonus have been met. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Every bonus has a specific Wagering Requirement that must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Any attempt to claim it multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in account closure.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on gdb99 are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and unbiased. There is no possibility of manipulating game results.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result of that round will still be recorded in the system and can be viewed afterwards.
• If a technical error occurs in the gaming software, the bet for that round may be voided and your funds returned.
• If a technical fault in any game produces an abnormal result, gdb99 reserves the right to void that result.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a dispute, the game's video log will be used as evidence.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at Your Request

You can close your account at any time by contacting gdb99 support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your account closure request. Any bonus balance with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure by gdb99

Gdb99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without notice in cases of rule violations, fraud, suspected money laundering, or other reasonable grounds. Your balance may be held until any investigation is concluded.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of Responsible Gaming, you can pause your account for a set period at any time. During this period, logging in or playing games will not be possible.
